Murray Pozmanter is a business leader and change agent in financial services with over 30 years’ leadership experience across leading investment banks, market utilities, and fintech. He is valued for his ability to achieve consensus on business strategy and direction, balancing corporate growth, regulatory compliance, industry positioning, and client engagement while driving clarity, efficiency and resilience across technology, architecture, people and processes.

He has sat on numerous Boards and committees, including spending 14 years on the NY Fed’s Treasury Markets Practices Group and membership of CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Group. At DTCC he became Executive Chairman of New York Portfolio Clearing and a board member of Euroclear Global Collateral.

Appointed to Presidency in 2022, following seven years as Managing Director in charge of both Clearing Agency Services and Global Operations for the leading American post-trade financial services company providing clearing and settlement services. Drives business management, strategy, and operations for $1.3BN revenue base and >1,000 staff in US, UK, and Philippines for three systemically important financial market utilities: Fixed Income Clearing Corp, National Securities Clearing Corp, and Depository Trust Company. Member of Global Markets Advisory Committee.

  • Executive Board Chairman, New York Portfolio Clearing: Responsible for creation, licensing, staffing, and launching new futures clearing house in the US market for CFTC licensed Derivatives Clearing Organization.

  • Board Member, DTCC Euroclear Global Collateral: 2018 ‒ 2020. Advised on business plan for joint venture between DTCC and Euroclear, approved business plans, budgets, and executive succession.
